A: Password cannot be reset once set up is completed.
2. What can I do when I lost my SA device?
A: Please purchase a new SA and key in your password in advance.It can not be accessed if password is incorrect

A: Yes .
4. Can I hide the Folder or File on "Desktop"?
A: Files only not folders.
5.Can I use the SA for different PC?
A: Yes, but same password must be remained on each user profile.
