This encryption disk (SecretDisk) will disappear once the key is removed from USB port of PC.

FAQ
1.Why is the virtual disk (SecretDisk) is FAT, not NTFS? is FAT not as secured?
A: FAT is the default system for SG, however it can be format to NTFS if user desires.
2. Can drive letter be assigned by user?
A: No, driver letter is default from "z" then "Y" ,"X ","W",..... and it cannot be changed.
3.Why is the SecretDisk can only be created up to 4GB under FAT?
A: 4GB is the limitation of FAT system.
4. How do I reset my password?
A: Delete your virtual disk (SecretDisk) firstly,then setup your password .?
5. How many virtual disk can a single SG support?
A: Each SG can only support one virtual disk per user, not limited per PC.
6. What if I lost my SG device?
A: Please purchase a new SG and key in your password in advance.
In case of password lost or forgotten, please go to "C:\Documents and Settings\user name\My Documents\SecretGarden" or designated Drive or Folder to delete "SecretGarden" folder then reset with new password
7.Can I set up the virtual disk (SecretDisk) to portable hard drives or portable SSD?
A: Yes, but the drives letter of the portable drive letter MUST stay the same at all time.
